01 / Questions

Getting started

Who do you work with?

Growing small and medium businesses, startups, local services, e-commerce brands, and app businesses. The starting point is a clear goal and a realistic plan—not a particular industry.

How quickly can we start?

Once the scope is agreed and I have access to your accounts, setup usually begins within a few working days. The first campaigns go live after tracking is checked and the ads are approved. Your proposal includes a realistic timeline for your project.

Which ad platforms do you manage?

Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube and app campaigns) and TikTok. YouTube and LinkedIn campaigns are available when they suit your audience. I recommend the platforms that fit your customers and budget, not the most platforms.

What happens after I request a proposal?

I review your goals and current situation, follow up with any questions, and arrange a discovery conversation when appropriate. If there is a fit, you receive a clear scope, recommended next steps, and pricing.

Do you work with international businesses?

Yes. EvoBureau works remotely with businesses worldwide. We agree on communication channels, reporting frequency, and meeting times that work across time zones.

02 / Questions

Budget & pricing

What does it cost to work together?

Pricing depends on your platforms, campaign complexity, and support needs. After reviewing your brief, I’ll outline a tailored scope and management fee. Advertising spend is separate and paid directly to the platforms.

Is there a minimum advertising budget?

There is no fixed minimum. The budget does need to be large enough for the platforms to learn and for test results to mean something. If your budget is too small for a proper test, I will say so and suggest a focused starting point.

How do I pay for ads and for your service?

Ad platforms charge your own payment method directly, so you always see what is spent. The management fee is invoiced separately, as set out in your proposal: once for an audit or setup, monthly for ongoing management.

Is there a long-term contract?

Everything is agreed in writing in your proposal before work begins. Audits and setups are one-off projects. Ongoing management runs monthly, and the notice period is stated clearly in the proposal.

03 / Questions

Tracking & results

Do you set up conversion tracking?

Yes. Reliable tracking comes before scaling. I can set up or check the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversions and the TikTok Pixel, and confirm the events are recorded correctly.

What will I see in your reports?

Spend, results against the KPIs we agreed (for example leads, cost per lead, purchases, ROAS or installs), what changed since the last report, what was tested and what happens next. You get short regular updates plus a fuller monthly report.

How long before I see results?

The first weeks are about collecting data, testing and letting the platforms learn. A fair judgement of a campaign usually takes several weeks, depending on budget and how many conversions it gets. I share what I see at every stage and never promise specific results.

Can you guarantee leads or return on ad spend?

No responsible campaign plan can guarantee a specific result. Performance depends on your offer, market, budget, creative, and customer journey. I focus on sound measurement, deliberate testing, and transparent reporting.

04 / Questions

Working together

Who owns the ad accounts and data?

You do. I work inside your own ad accounts, pixels and analytics with partner or user access. If we stop working together, everything stays with you.

Do you create the ads and creatives?

I provide creative direction, ad copy, hooks and briefs based on what your audience responds to. Simple formats can be arranged. Larger productions such as video shoots are quoted separately or made with your designer.

Are these case studies real client results?

The studies currently shown are clearly labeled concept projects. They demonstrate my approach to campaign strategy and analysis. They do not represent paid client engagements or verified campaign results.
