Version 1.0 · Prepared 17 September 2026
These terms describe how Muhammad Yaseen, working independently under the EvoBureau name, provides paid media and growth marketing services to business clients. They are intended to support a clear, fair working relationship. The client is the person or business identified in the accepted written proposal.
1 Agreement and project scope
A paid engagement begins only when both parties accept a written proposal or platform contract that identifies the parties, scope, fees, payment schedule and these terms by version or attached copy. An enquiry, discovery conversation or website visit alone does not create a paid service contract. The person accepting for a business must have authority to do so.
The accepted proposal and these terms together form the agreement. A specific provision in the proposal takes priority over these general terms. Mandatory law and binding marketplace requirements continue to apply. Save the accepted version; later website updates do not change an existing engagement without both parties’ written agreement.
Only agreed services are included. These may cover campaign audits, paid advertising setup and management, measurement and tracking, reporting, or growth strategy. The proposal must identify the platforms, deliverables, revision allowance, responsibilities, timetable and reporting frequency. Website development, ongoing design or video production, sales handling, and legal compliance reviews are excluded unless expressly included.
2 How the work is delivered
EvoBureau will use reasonable care and skill, communicate material issues, provide the agreed deliverables and reports, and work within approved scope and spending authority. EvoBureau is an independent service provider and cannot enter unrelated commitments on the client’s behalf. No employment, partnership or exclusivity is created.
Start dates depend on the agreed initial payment, required access, assets and approvals. Delays outside either party’s reasonable control may require an updated schedule. EvoBureau will explain material changes promptly. Working hours, response expectations and any urgent monitoring coverage must be agreed in the proposal; continuous or round-the-clock monitoring is not included by default.
EvoBureau remains responsible for its service obligations if an approved subcontractor is used. Client approval is required before a subcontractor receives account access or confidential material, and appropriate confidentiality obligations must be in place.
3 Client responsibilities and approvals
The client will provide accurate business information, lawful offers and substantiated advertising claims; supply materials it owns or is entitled to use; maintain working websites, payment methods and lead-handling processes; and provide timely feedback and an authorized point of contact. The client is responsible for its products, fulfilment and customer relationships.
Use role-based account invitations and multi-factor authentication where available. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive customer information through the website enquiry form. The client should retain owner or administrator access to its accounts and notify EvoBureau before making changes that affect agreed work.
Launches, material creative changes and budget increases require approval through the agreed written channel. Silence is not approval. The proposal may authorize routine optimization within approved limits. Late approvals can move delivery dates; extra work or cost caused by changes requires agreement before it is incurred.
4 Fees and third party costs
The proposal specifies the service fee, currency, any deposit, billing intervals, taxes and payment method. If it does not specify an invoice due date, an undisputed invoice is payable within seven calendar days of receipt. A deposit is credited toward agreed work and is not automatically non-refundable. No additional service fee or expense may be imposed without the client’s written approval.
Advertising spend is separate from EvoBureau’s service fees and should be paid by the client directly to the advertising platform. The client also pays for approved software, stock assets or other third-party purchases identified in the proposal. EvoBureau will distinguish management fees from platform spend in its reporting and invoices. No particular exchange rate or tax treatment is promised.
Raise billing concerns promptly with details. The parties will work in good faith to reconcile disputed amounts; undisputed amounts remain payable. For overdue undisputed fees, EvoBureau may suspend work after written notice and seven calendar days to remedy the delay. The notice must explain the intended campaign status and steps needed to avoid unattended spend. Mandatory payment and dispute rights remain unaffected.
5 Budgets and platform operation
The client authorizes the total budget, period and any campaign limits in writing. EvoBureau will not knowingly increase spending authority without approval and will use available controls with reasonable care. Platform pacing, billing delays, currency conversion and overdelivery rules can affect daily charges; a daily platform setting is not a guarantee of an exact daily invoice. Material known budget issues will be reported promptly.
The client authorizes EvoBureau to pause an affected campaign when reasonably necessary to prevent apparent unauthorized spend, a serious policy breach or a security incident, and EvoBureau will notify the client promptly. A requested pause takes effect when implemented in the platform, not merely when a message is sent. Already incurred charges may still settle afterward.
Advertising platforms control auctions, reviews, account restrictions and their own systems. EvoBureau cannot promise approval, uninterrupted availability, reinstatement or platform refunds. EvoBureau remains responsible for exercising reasonable care in its own work, including following applicable platform policies.
6 Results reporting and revisions
EvoBureau does not guarantee sales, lead volume or quality, rankings, revenue, profit, return on ad spend or other commercial outcomes. Results depend on factors including the offer, market, budget, competition, website and sales follow-up. Forecasts and testing assumptions are estimates. Concept studies and sample strategies are not evidence of actual client results.
Reporting will identify the agreed measures and sources. Attribution windows, consent settings, tracking gaps and differences between platforms may affect reported totals. Material limitations known to EvoBureau will be explained; estimates must not be presented as verified outcomes.
The client should review deliverables within the review period agreed in the proposal and identify specific concerns. EvoBureau will correct material failures to meet the agreed scope within a reasonable time without extra charge. New directions, extra revision rounds, additional platforms and extra deliverables require a written change to scope, fees and timing. A lack of response alone does not waive rights concerning defective work.
7 Accounts ownership and deliverables
The client retains ownership and control of its advertising accounts, business profiles, analytics properties, customer data and pre-existing assets. EvoBureau receives only the access reasonably needed for the agreed work. Client-owned accounts, credentials and data will not be withheld as security for payment.
After full payment of the applicable service fees, EvoBureau assigns to the client, to the extent legally transferable, its rights in the final bespoke deliverables expressly included in the proposal. Working files and unused concepts are included only if agreed. EvoBureau retains pre-existing templates, tools, methods and general knowledge; where incorporated into a paid final deliverable, the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use and adapt them as part of that deliverable for its business.
Third-party materials remain subject to their own licences and platform restrictions. EvoBureau will disclose material restrictions before use. Each party grants the other the limited permission to use its supplied materials needed to perform the engagement. Neither party may knowingly supply infringing material.
8 Confidentiality and personal data
Each party will protect the other’s non-public business, financial, campaign and customer information with reasonable care, use it only for the engagement, and share it only with authorized people who need it and are bound by confidentiality. This does not cover information lawfully public, independently developed or lawfully received without restriction. Legally required disclosure is permitted, with advance notice where lawful and practical.
Both parties will use reasonable access controls and notify the other without undue delay after discovering a security incident affecting shared information. Before processing customer personal data, the parties must agree any necessary data-processing terms, permitted purposes, security measures, retention and transfers. These general terms do not replace a required data-processing agreement.
The client is responsible for obtaining any required permissions for the data and advertising materials it supplies and for approving its privacy notices and consent approach. EvoBureau will follow lawful documented instructions within scope and raise known concerns. Neither party may upload confidential or identifiable customer data into a public AI tool without the other’s prior written authorization and appropriate safeguards.
On request or termination, confidential information will be returned or deleted within a reasonable agreed period, except records required by law or reasonably necessary for accounting or disputes. Retained records remain protected. Trade secrets remain confidential while legally protected; other confidential information remains protected for three years after the engagement ends.
9 Portfolio use and public statements
EvoBureau must obtain the client’s written permission before publishing its name, logo, testimonial, account screenshots, identifiable campaign data or results as a case study. Approval should identify what can be shared. Confidential or identifiable client work will not be used as marketing material by default. Neither party may make misleading claims about the relationship or the other’s services.
10 Ending or pausing the engagement
A fixed project ends when its agreed work is completed, unless ended earlier under the agreement. Unless the proposal states a different agreed arrangement, either party may end ongoing monthly services with fourteen calendar days’ written notice. The parties should agree any minimum term expressly in the proposal. No minimum term is created merely by visiting the website.
Either party may end an engagement for a material breach that is not corrected within seven calendar days after written notice describing the issue. Work may be suspended immediately where reasonably needed to address unlawful instructions, a serious security risk or abusive conduct. The affected party will explain the reason and reasonable next steps, unless prohibited by law.
For early termination, the client pays for conforming work actually completed and unavoidable third-party costs approved in advance. For partially completed fixed-price work, the parties will reasonably allocate the agreed price to work performed, capped at that price unless an increase was approved. EvoBureau will provide an itemized reconciliation and return unearned prepayments, after agreed amounts are reconciled, within fourteen calendar days. Service shortfalls remain subject to correction or an appropriate refund for undelivered or non-conforming work.
The handover should confirm campaign status, outstanding platform charges and access removal. EvoBureau will provide client-owned materials and available agreed handover information within ten business days after termination, subject to reasonable client cooperation. Payment-dependent rights in unpaid bespoke deliverables remain governed by section 7. Client accounts will not be deleted or held hostage, and service termination does not itself stop platform billing.
11 Responsibility and liability
Each party is responsible for losses caused by its own breach of the agreement or failure to use reasonable care, subject to applicable law and this section. Neither party is responsible for a loss caused solely by the other party’s unauthorized changes, false information or failure to follow agreed responsibilities. Each party must take reasonable steps to reduce avoidable loss.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of anticipated profit. Each party’s total liability arising from the affected engagement is limited to the service fees paid or payable for that fixed project, or, for recurring services, the three months of service fees immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Advertising spend is not a service fee.
These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence, breach of confidentiality or data-protection obligations, infringement of the other party’s intellectual property, or liability that law does not allow to be limited. They do not reduce the client’s obligation to pay authorized fees or EvoBureau’s obligation to refund unearned amounts. No broad automatic indemnity or waiver of mandatory consumer rights is created by these terms.
12 Disruptions and dispute resolution
A party affected by an event beyond its reasonable control must notify the other, take reasonable steps to reduce disruption and propose a revised schedule. This does not excuse payment for conforming work already delivered. If a material disruption continues for thirty calendar days, either party may end the affected work, with payment and refunds reconciled under section 10.
Raise disputes in writing through the agreed project communication channel, describing the issue and requested remedy. The parties will try in good faith to resolve them within fourteen calendar days. This does not prevent urgent protective relief or extend any legal or platform deadline. For marketplace engagements, the marketplace’s applicable payment, escrow and dispute procedures must be followed.
The parties should specify governing law and a lawful dispute forum in the written proposal, particularly for international work. If no choice is agreed, applicable conflict-of-laws and jurisdiction rules determine them. These terms do not impose compulsory private arbitration or remove protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
13 Website use and other platforms
Website information is general and may change. A displayed service description or starting price is not a binding offer; the accepted proposal controls the engagement. Visitors must not misuse forms, submit unlawful material, interfere with security or copy protected site content without permission. External sites and platforms operate under their own terms. Enquiry information is handled as explained in the website Privacy notice.
These terms may accompany proposals on other sites only where those sites permit. They do not override binding platform payment, communication, escrow, intellectual-property or dispute requirements, and must not be used to bypass platform fees or restrictions. Adapt the proposal to the relevant platform before acceptance.
14 Notices changes and continuing obligations
Project notices and approvals must be sent to the contact address or platform channel stated in the proposal. Each party should keep those details current. Material notices should be acknowledged; if a delivery failure is known, use another agreed channel. Written agreement includes a saved email or permitted platform message clearly confirming the agreed change.
Neither party may materially change an existing agreement unilaterally. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful and workable. Ownership, confidentiality, accrued payment obligations, agreed refunds and dispute provisions continue where needed after termination. For pre-contract questions, use EvoBureau’s Request a Proposal page; the accepted proposal must identify the direct contact details for the engagement.
